Shipping/Returns Policy

Free Delivery  and Local Pick Up are options for those near Nashville, TN.

Most Plants are Delivery or Local Pick Up ONLY

Deliveries will be made weekday evenings 1-2 days per week, and on Saturdays. Please add a phone number to your order for deliveries. In cases where a time window must be scheduled (such as a live plant that shouldn't be left in frigid weather), you will receive a phone call or email to verify time. Please be patient with deliveries, as I am only one person. 

Local Pick Ups are welcome. I am currently operating out of my home in South Nashville near the Brentwood and Antioch borders. I still work a day job and must coordinate with its hours as I build my own business here. 

I am still trying to figure out the best way to ship larger plants. 

 

Note

Local delivery works with Shop Pay, but doesn't work with other accelerated checkouts like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or PayPal.

If you choose an accelerated checkout method other than Shop Pay in the first step of the checkout, then you won't have local delivery as a shipping method. However, you still have the option to ship the package.

 

Shipping

Shipping will be calculated upon checkout. We do not offer free shipping at this time. As a small business, we appreciate your support in paying shipping costs to keep the cost of our products lower. 

Items generally ship out same or next day from order. 

Returns

Return shipping must be paid by the customer except in cases where an item is deemed defective by White Whale Plants & Decor. If you have trouble with an item, we want to make it right. If you simply changed your mind or did not measure your space correctly, or realized that the color does not quite match with your decor, return shipping is on you. 

You must contact White Whale (email) before shipping items back for return. Do not fret if I do not reply immediately. I will get back to you in 24 hours or less. 

All returns will be refunded ONCE THE ITEM IS RECEIVED back at White Whale in the same condition it was shipped out in (or otherwise approved condition), and not before. Once we receive the item back, we will refund your purchase.
