Returns & Refunds 

Return shipping must be paid by the customer except in cases where an item is deemed defective by White Whale Plants & Decor. If you have trouble with an item, we want to make it right. If you simply changed your mind or did not measure your space correctly, or realized that the color does not quite match with your decor, return shipping is on you. 

You must contact White Whale (email) before shipping items back for return. Do not fret if I do not reply immediately. I will get back to you in 24 hours or less. When appropriate, a shipping return label can be emailed to you for printing and use. 

All returns will be refunded ONCE THE ITEM IS RECEIVED back at White Whale in the same condition it was shipped out in (or otherwise approved condition or approved case), and not before. Once we receive the item back, we will refund your purchase. 

If your item becomes lost or damaged during shipment to you, contact us and we will make it right. You must send a photo of any damages to the packaging and items in it as soon as possible. 

Returns must be postmarked back to White Whale in less than 30 days.
